| 摘 要： | 在论述知识管理内涵的基础上,分析了影响知识管理的因素;并在分析知识管理评价体系设计原则的基础上,建立了知识管理水平评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评判法建立了评价模型。利用该研究方法能科学地评价企业知识管理水平,为正确指导企业知识管理的发展提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the influencing factors of knowledge management based on discussing the connotation of knowledge management ;establishing the evaluation system of knowledge management level based on analyzing the design principles of knowledge management evaluation system , using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish evaluation model ,applying this research method can scientifically evaluate the level of knowledge management and provide decision-making basis for instructing development of the enterprise knowledge management correctly. |
