交互理解影响团队成员共享心智模式的机理

本文在国内外文献就团队认知研究进行回顾与综述的基础上,指出了当前许多有关这方面的研究忽视了交互理解影响团队成员共享心智模式。交互理解就是团队成员准确理解其他成员心智模式的程度。交互理解的对象就是他人的心智模式(MM),并达到团队层次的理解。本文探讨了交互理解对团队成员影响因素的维度、标准、条件以及方法,团队成员共享心智模式在交互理解实践中生成,有效地促进了团队共享心智模式(SMM)的同质性。
