金融供给视野的农户借贷行为及其走势

以福建漳州N村近三十年的农户借贷行为为切入点对社会主义新农村建设需要的金融支持进行分析。研究发现,农户借贷行为与农村经济发展紧密相关:经济高速发展时,农户借贷行为频繁;经济发展缓慢时,农户金融需求减少.农户较少借贷。这意味着现有以金融供给为视角的农村金融体系与当前农村经济发展的金融需求存在错位,因此必须深刻认识新农村建设的真正金融需求并进行相应的制度设计。进一步.新农村建设所面临问题的解决思路可能需要在农村金融体系外求解。

Financing Behavior of Famers and Its Trend from the Perspective of Financial Supply

Based on the empirical study of the behavioral of farmers finance of the N countryside of Zhangzhou,Fu- jian Province,we find that the farmers' load behavior is closely related to economic development:farmers load be- havior is more frequently during the high-speed development,and dwindling during slower development followed by their financial needs reducing,which means the dislocation between the major existing supply perspective of rural finance and the rural economic development financial needs.Profoundly aware of the real financial need of con- struction the countryside and conduct the design of system are very important.Moreover,to construct the countryside perfectly may be to find the solution beyond the financial support.
