| 摘 要： | 农村土地流转是我国农业和农村发展到一定阶段的产物,是在现行家庭联产承包责任制基础上推行的一种行之有效的农村土地制度改进,是新一轮农村改革的突破口和关键。如何在坚持集体土地所有权、农民对土地的承包权不变的前提下,抓住机遇、有序推进农村土地流转,积极采取措施应对土地流转过程中所面临的挑战已成为当务之急。为了更好地规范和促进农村土地流转市场的健康发展,有必要对农村土地流转状况及建国以来农村土地流转模式的运行成果进行分析,并提出可行的对策建议。
