| 摘 要： | 在世界一体化逐渐增强的新形势下，中国金融体系面临着巨大的机遇与挑战。本文在比较中外投资银行业发展状况的基础之上，对我国投资银行未来的发展模式与体制选择和路径依赖进行了探讨，试图找出适合我国投资银行的发展道路。
