| 摘 要： | 新形势下大学生思想政治教育面临严峻挑战。高校大学生思想政治教育工作存在教育机制不灵，针对性、实效性不强，教育环境不佳，缺乏保障机制等问题。提高大学生思想政治教育的有效性，应坚持以理想信念教育为核心，发挥校园文化的潜在作用，大力推进大学生形势政策教育，加强学生辅导员队伍建设。
