索风营水电站人工砂石骨料生产工艺的优化与探讨

摘    要:简述了索风营水电站人工砂石骨料系统的设计规模、生产工艺流程及布置和设备配置。该系统根据高碾压混凝土坝对砂细度模数、石粉含量、含水率等指标的特殊要求,针对石灰岩的特性,采用立轴式制砂机“以破代磨”半干式制砂工艺,结合粉砂、水回收利用与环保工程配套,有效地消除了粉尘大气污染及人为控制细度模数和石粉含量。文章并分析了半干法生产碾压混凝土人工砂的控制方法及探讨了灰岩生产碾压混凝土人工砂的优化工艺。

Abstract:The article briefly introduces the design scale,constructing process,layout and equipment.In the light of special requirements of RCC dam to sand,such as fineness modulus,content of rock powder,percentage of moisture,according to the features of limestone,the vertical-shaft machines for producing sand were adopted using semi-arid producing process,"taking break instead of grind",the fineness of modulus and content of rock powder have been controlled.Combined with environment protection projects such as one of retrieving and reusing powder-sand and water and etc.,the pollution of dust to the air has been cut down.The paper also analyzes on control method of artificial sand using semi-arid producing process,and explores the optimum process using limestone to produce artificial sand.
