| 摘 要： | 农地承包经营权信托流转机制是农地改革中的新生事物。文章对实践中农地承包经营权信托改革的典型范例进行研究后发现，其并不是我国信托法意义上的信托。从法律上看，实质为委托代理。在我国农地承包经营权信托流转仅停留在理论研究层面。

| Abstract: | Trusts mechanism of contractual operation right of rural land was borned from rural land reform.By researching on typical case of rural land trusts transfer mechanism, we thought that they was not trusts.but agency relation. In China trusts mechanism of contractual operation right of rural land exsists in theory. |
