| 摘 要： | 文章以旅游行业创业者为研究对象，首先使用质性研究方法（深度访谈与焦点小组讨论）归纳创业者胜任素质项目，构建旅游行业创业者胜任素质特征模型，然后通过定量方法（探索性因子与验证性因子分析）对模型进行检验。研究结果表明：旅游行业创业者胜任素质由4个维度构成，即社会资本、心理资本、人力资本与经济资本，4个维度具有区分效度与聚合效度，且社会资本与心理资本的影响作用最大。据此，文章提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | The paper,with entrepreneurs in tourism trade as study object,firstly summarizes their items of competency,constructs competency model in tourism by using qualitative research(in-depth interviews and focus group discussions) and then tests the model with quantitative research(explorative factors and verifying factors analysis).The study results indicate that their competent quality is composed of four dimensions: social capital,psychological capital,human resource capital and economic capital.The four dimen... |
