| 摘 要： | 旅游规划体系是一项复杂、庞大的系统工程,构建一个科学、完善的旅游规划体系对我国资源节约、环境保护意义重大。文章将中国旅游规划体系建构为法规体系、行政体系和运作体系3个子体系,并在现行旅游规划体系的基础上,提出完善中国旅游规划体系的构想。

| Abstract: | Tourism planning system is a complex and huge systematic project.Building a scientific and perfect toruism planning system is of great significance to our resource conservation and environmental protection.The paper constructs China's tourism planning system into three sub-systems;namely,legal system,administrative system and operational system and puts forward a sound concept of improving China's tourism planning system based on the existing system. |
