| 摘 要： | 本文对工业污染给我国农业发展造成的负面影响作了实证分析和规范分析（模型分析）。结果表明，要保证我国农业的持续、稳定发展，必须采取措施校正这种负面影响。措施建议是：（１）严格控制工业排污；（２）科学地收取排污费并对农业进行补偿。
