环渤海地域文明资源利用研究

本文论述了环渤海地域的自然资源条件、经济、资源与生态环境的关系以及在资源开发利用中存在的主要问题，研究了环渤海地域文明资源利用的理论依据（环境文明规、资源价值观、可持续发展现和生态经济观），提出了作为环渤海地域文明资源利用战略途径和基本对策的“五个体系”，即：可持续发展的农业生产体系，资源节约型的工业生产体系，综合利用的矿产资源开发体系、集约型的经济增长体系和环境保护体系。

Study on Natural Pesource Utilization in the Coastal Area around Bohai Ocean

In this paper. status of natural resources and economy and the main issues conceming about natural resource tapping in the coastal area around Bohai Ocean were discussed. and based on the study of the bas1c theory (i.e the views on environment civility.remce value, sustaihoIe development and eco-ecnom of civilized utilization of natural resources, the five systems, sustainable agriCulture production system, resource-thrifty industry production system, integrate utilization mine resource tapping system, integrate economy increase system, and environment conservation system,which might be practised in the coastal area around Bohai Ocean,were proposed
