| 摘 要： | 本文针对河北省“96.8”洪灾的社会成因，探讨了太行山区生态经济建设中存在的主要问题。认为山区生态经济建设要遵循生态与经济并重的基本原理；并提出逐级综合治理、改变土地利用结构、合理放牧等技术对策。

| Abstract: | In this paper. the cause of the flood of August of 1996in Hebei and main issue for the eco-economic construction in Taihang mountain area were discussed Therefore. it was proposed that both ecological and economic benefit should be emphasized in eco-economy construction in mountain area Based on these, some technique strategies for integrate management. land use improvement and sustainable livestock farming were proposed. |
