| 摘 要： | 黄土高原是我国乃至世界上水土流失最严重、生态环境最脆弱的地区。同时,该地区还是实施西部大开发战略的重要区域,也是我国重要的能源重化工基地,由于其独特的区位优势和资源优势,在我国国民经济和社会发展中处于重要的地位。从黄土高原地区水土保持生态建设的实际情况出发,结合历史经验教训,分析了黄土高原地区水土保持的重要性,总结了黄土高原地区水土保持的发展历史,探讨了黄土高原地区水土保持生态建设的基本思路。

| Abstract: | Loess Plateau in China has the most serious soil erosion and its ecological environment also is the most vulnerable one.At the same time,it is the most important region in Chinese western development project,also an important energy and chemical base.Because of its location and resources advantages,Loess Plateau plays an important part in China’s nation economy and social development.We discuss the importance of Loess Plateau soil and water conservation on the point of actual development and history lessons.At the mean time,we summarize the history of soil and water conservation in Loess Plateau and the basic idea of soil and water conservation construction. |
