西部地区矿产资源及其可持续发展探讨

西部地域辽阔,矿产资源丰富,必将成为我国21世纪矿产资源的接替地。因此,开发西部的矿产资源将成为西部大开发的一项重要任务。但是,目前西部矿产资源开发中存在着勘探程度低、开发粗放及生态环境破坏严重等问题。针对这些问题,今后在西部矿产资源开发中,必须加大勘探工作的投入力度;建设大型的现代矿山企业;加强环境保护意识和执法力度,重视矿产资源的可持续发展。

Mineral Resources in Western Regions in China and its Sustainable Development

The large western area, with abundant mineral resources, is important for the exploitation of mineral resources. But many problems retarded the exploitation, such as, low-level survey, extensive exploitation and serious environment destroy. Therefore, we should increase funds in prospecting to construct large and modernized corporation, enhance the sense and enforcement of environment protection to keep the sustainable development of mineral resources.
