我国物流标准化建设的立法及完善

目前,我国发布的相关物流标准包括仓储、装卸、搬运、包装、标识代码等近千种物流标准,但是这仍然不能满足物流产业的发展需要。因此,我国物流产业要在更大的范围内、更广阔的领域和更高的层次上参与国际经济技术合作和竞争,必须加大力度制定物流标准化和物流信息管理标准化的相关立法,可以说物流标准体系建设是我国物流规范化、合理化、高效化的基础。

The Problems Existing in the Standardization of Logistics in our Country and the Solutions for them

At the present time, near thousands of related standards for logistics have been issued, including the standards for storage, loading and unloading, porter age, packing and identification code, which still can’t meet the development of logistics. A great effort must be made to enact legislation for the standardization of logistics and management of logistics information, in order to promote the participation of the logistics industry in our country in the international technology cooperation and competition in a larger scale and on a higher level. To some extent, we can say the construction of the logistics standardization system lays a foundation for the standardization, rationalization, and high-efficiency of logistics in our country.
