| 摘 要： | 新加坡裕廊石化产业集群的发展离不开跨国公司的投资,可以说是跨国公司促进了裕廊石化产业集群的形成和发展。同时,新加坡的石油化工发展战略、招商引资政策、跨国石化公司的全球布局和东盟区域一体化进程对裕廊石化产业集群的发展也起到了非常重要的作用。总结了新加坡发展产业的经验,并提出了对中国引进外资战略和产业结构调整等方面的启示。

| Abstract: | The development of Jurong Petrochemical Industry Cluster depends on the investment from transnational Corp..The transnational corporations promote the emergence and development of Jurong Petrochemical Industry Cluster.And the development of Jurong Petrochemical Industry Cluster is influenced by external factors,such as policies of Singapore,global arrangement of transnational Corp.,the integration process of ASEAN,etc..As a conclusion,the merits of industries in Singapore,inspirations for China’s foreign investment strategy and adjustment of industrial structure will be raised and presented. |
