Donnison's Theory of Housing Policy Models and Its Implications

Donnison employed three models of housing policy to distinguish and confirm the different roles in housing problem played by government.Through analyzing China’s current facts on the base of his approach,it is concluded that there exists some mistaken ideas about our understanding for housing problem,and there exists improper selection of housing policy.Therefore,efforts should be carried out to get rid of these misconceptions and to promote the model transformation of housing policy.
