大理水文局水情报文校核系统的设计原理

摘    要:为解决大理水文自动测报系统生成的水情报文可能存在部分异常报丈的问题,需要及时对报文进行校核来排除错误,通过分析现有报文校核系统的优缺点,在充分借鉴相关系统经验的基础上,开发满足大理水情报汛要求的报文校核系统。介绍该系统设计原理,主要包括报文水情要素提取、报丈预检查、批量校核等。实际运行表明,该系统对提高水情报汛的准确、时效性发挥重要作用。

Abstract:In order to deal with problems of abnormal message of water regime, checking should be performedtimely to check out and correct possible mistakes. A checking system for message on water regime of Dali is developed on the basis of an analysis about advantages and disadvantages of the existing checking system and using successful experiences of other similar systems for reference. The article makes a presentation on design principles for the system, including extraction of elements of hydrological regime, message pre-check and batch check. Its practical use shows that the system plays an important role in improving accuracy and timeliness of water regime information acquisition and transmission.
