| 摘 要： | 自然资源丰裕国家与其经济发展不良现状的相悖现象由来已久，特别是现今的许多发展中国家都拥有着相当丰富的自然资源。贸易模式和人力资本投资是这种相悖情况产生的直接和间接原因，而良好的政策制定和政治性推动机制在发展中国家经济发展之初尤为重要。

| Abstract: | The paradox between the abundant natural resources and poor developing status quo for developing countries has been lasted for a long time. We can note that many developing countries possess of quite abundant natural resources. The trade pattern and investment on human capital is the direct and indirect causation of the paradox, furthermore, a favorable polices making and political pushing system in the initial economic developing phase of developing countries is significant. |
