| Abstract: | The paper introduced the urgency of the mine safety production and the importance of the system innovation in China coal mine. The paper had a detail study on the innovation of the mine safety production system, the long-effect mechanism establishment and other measures, including the coal education, coal supervision, coal legal system, coal property responsibility, coal safety production evaluation and other system and mechanism establishment problems. |
