基于多级挣值分析的项目费用与进度管理研究

摘    要:传统挣值分析法评价和预测项目的总体执行情况,由于忽略了项目内部各个工作包之间的逻辑关系,从而容易导致项目进度的评价结果与实际执行情况相背离。本文在传统挣值法的基础上提出多级挣值分析法,该方法能更加准确的预测项目总成本和总工期,并且能及时找到项目成本和进度出现偏差的位置,从而及时纠正进度计划,为项目进度管理和成本控制提供更加科学的依据。
