| 摘 要： | 中小企业在其发展的过程中,融资难一直是人们关注的焦点问题。本文通过对中小企业贸易融资困境的分析,引入自偿性贸易融资的内涵,剖析了该融资途径在中小企业融资方面的优势,同时提出了中小企业在应用自偿性贸易融资方式的过程中应该注意的事项。
