| 摘 要： | 人力资本是转变经济发展方式的前提和根本驱动力。本文研究了经济发展方式转变中人力资本的作用,并对福建省经济总体情况、产业结构、居民收入和资源环境等方面进行实证分析,最后从人力资本结构、人才流动机制和人才环境等角度提出政策建议,这有利于加快转变福建省经济发展方式。
