| 摘 要： | 加强资源整合、高效地创业学习，提升创新效率是新创企业面临的重要挑战。厘清资源整合、创业学习和创新三者之间的内在作用机理，有利于创业团队更加有效地进行创业活动。为厘清上述三个变量的内涵及其关系，作者提出了相对中庸的资源整合概念，并基于问卷调查，探讨了资源整合对创业企业创新的影响和创业学习在其中所发挥的中介作用。研究结果表明，资源整合对创新有正向影响，创业学习在资源整合对创新的影响中发挥完全中介的作用。

| Abstract: | How to integrate resources, carry out effective entrepreneurial learning, thus promote innovation efficiency is an important challenge for our new ventures, while a moderate resource integration theory points out the new way. Based on questionnaires, this paper studies the impact of resource integration on innovation, and explores the mediating role of entrepreneurial learning. The results show that resource integration has a positive effect on the innovation, while the entrepreneurial learning has a full mediation effect on the relationship between resource integration and innovation. |
