| 摘 要： | 油田井下作业属于高投入行业,返工井数的增加导致增加作业次数,延长施工时间,严重影响油水井的正常生产。井下作业综合返工率直接关系到企业的经济效益,也是衡量施工企业形象的一个重要标志。通过认真查找每口井的返工原因,对返工井进行了系统的分析,对如何有效降低综合返工率提出了具有针对性的管理措施。
