| 摘 要： | 树立科学的发展观，是促进我国经济快速增长和社会事业不断发展的保证。本文从科学的增长观、正确的政绩观、资源环境观、社会协调发展观、可持续发展观和配套有效的制度体系等六个方面论述了如何建立顺应时代流的发展观。

| Abstract: | Establishing the scientific development views, it could promote the economy fast and assurance the society developing constantly in our country. From six aspects which include the scientific increasing view, the correct achievement view, the scientific resource view, the social concerted development view, the sustainable development view and the availably system, the author discuss on how to establish the scientific development view which humour the tidal current. |
