| 摘 要： | 惠州电子商务面临企业信息化和物流配送水平低，社会信用体系和金融体系不完善，专业人才匮乏等问题。通过研究，惠州电子商务发展策略应该合理选择电子商务模式，提高企业信息化水平，发挥政府和行业协会的引导扶持作用，引进和培养电子商务专业人才。
