| 摘 要： | 资产证券化在有效处理不良资产、化解金融风险、促进金融企业改制方面具有积极作用,但目前我国由于受金融市场环境制约,实际操作过程中在法律法规、市场规模、金融工具、持续监管等方面存在诸多问题,应采取相应的解决对策.

| Abstract: | Asset-backed securization has a postitive effect on the disposal of non-performing assets,the removal of financial risks,and the advancement of financial companies' institutional reformation.However,owing to the domestic environmental restrictions of the financial market,many problems exist in the operational processes in the respects of laws and regulations,market scales,financial tools,and sustained supervision etc.And relevant measures should be taken to solve these problems. |
