| Abstract: | In general, the governance structure of the modern commercial bank is divided into two patterns: the British and American pattern and the German and French pattern. This article will do research on the two patterns, analyze the development's path of the different corporate governance structure and provide the evaluation of the governance structure of the state-owned commercial bank. |
