| 摘 要： | 运用完全信息静态博弈的理论，分析探求了经济适用房政策的有关问题。政府将经济适用房的开发建设交由开发商承担的政策基本上是正确的，但3％的利润率违背了开发商的根本利益，开发商背负了部分本不属于自己的职能，以至于造成经济适用房政策执行过程中的诸多困难。改变补“砖头”为补“人头”方为可行之举。
