| 摘 要： | 改革开放启动了我国的企业家职业化进程,但进程缓慢。本文通过对西方企业家职业化进程的历史梳理,分析其中制度供给的作用,阐述了通过增加特定制度供给来推进我国企业家职业化进程的些许思考。

| Abstract: | The Reform and Opening-up policy in China started the process of Enterpreneurs' Professionalism, but the progress is pretty slow. This article analysis the function of Institutional Supply Theory through the review on the history of Enterpreneurs' Professionalism in western countries and elaborate how to improve the process of Enterpreneurs' Professionalism in China through some extra specific supply system. |
