| 摘 要： | 筹资风险来源于企业资金使用效益的不确定性、资金调度的不合理性。针对筹资风险的不同成因,应提高资金使用效益,降低投资风险;注重筹资杠杆,适度举债,优化资金结构;合理调度资金,维护资产的流动性;建立偿债基金,增强风险自担能力。

| Abstract: | Funding risk results from the uncertainty of using benefit and irrationality of assigning the fund.According to different causes of funding risk,the enterprise should take relevant measures to prevent and control them through increasing the practicing benefit of the fund and decreasing investing risk,considering leverage fund and optimizing fund structure,allotting fund reasonably to keep its fluidity,and building repaying fund to strengthen its ability to shoulder the risk. |
