基于生态足迹法的镇江市产业结构调整研究

本研究以环境承载力理论为基础,依据生态足迹的方法计算出镇江市2000-2007年的生态足迹和生态容量,及其产业构成、产业生态赤字/盈余和产业生态效率,结果表明镇江市生态赤字较为严重,产业结构仍旧不尽合理,粗放型经济增长导致的结构性污染和资源短缺是镇江市可持续发展的主要问题。最终我们在实施镇江市产业结构调整时应当做到：从总体上提高资源利用率,加强环境综合治理;稳定第一产业发展比例,控制农业和牧业在一产中的比例,适当发展林业,大力发展渔业;进一步优化工业生产结构;大力发展第三产业。

The Studies of Environmental Protection and the Industrial Structure Adjustment in Zhenjiang

Based on environment supporting capacity theory,this paper uses the method of ecology footprint to calculate the ecology footprint,the ecological capacity,the composition of industry,the industry ecological deficit/earnings and the industrial ecology efficiency in Zhenjiang from 2000 to 2007.The result indicates that Zhenjiang＇s ecological deficit is a serious problem.The industrial structure is not in reason.It becomes the most problem in the sustainable development in Zhenjiang is that the constitutive pollution and the shortage of resources are caused by the extension economic growth.We should abide by the following spots when we adjust Zhenjiang industry structure.We should raise the availability of resources as a whole,strengthen the comprehensive environmental governance;Stabilize the primary industry development proportion,meanwhile,control the agriculture and animal husbandry proportion in the primary industry,develop the forestry suitably,develop the fishery vigorously.Further optimize industrial production structure.Work hard to develop tertiary industry.
