SQ31X切丝机下排链主动轴左轴承座的改进设计

文章针对SQ31X切丝机下排链主动轴左端轴承经常损坏的问题进行研究,从维护保养模式和轴承座结构形式分析造成轴承易损坏及维修不便的原因。通过在轴承座上设计润滑装置,实现轴承的免拆润滑维护。通过对轴承座的改进,利用凸肩定位方法,避免原挡圈使用的干涉现象。经过改进,提高了轴承再润滑的效率、改善了润滑效果,同时,改进设计便于轴承的拆装及检查维护。经使用检验,在统计时段内,未出现轴承损坏故障,达到改进目的。

The improvement of left bearing seat of the driving shaft of the visee chain of SQ31X tobacco cutter

This article aims at researching on the left bearing seat of the driving shaft of the visee chain of SQ31X tobacco cutter damaged frequently,as well as analyses the reason of bearings are easily damaged and repair inconvenience in terms of maintenance mode and the structure of bearing seat.The bearing can avoid being taken down and be lubricant maintenance by putting the lubricating device on it.Improving the bearing and making use of the orientation of beading can avoid the phenomenon of the original retaining ring interference.It can improve the efficiency of the bearing relubrication as well as the lubrication effect by the improvement,at the same time,the improved design is good for the disassembly and assembly and checking maintenance of the bearing.After using and testing,within the statistical period,there hasn't been any malfunction of the bearing damage so that it achieves the purpose of improvement.
