外资并购对我国上市公司的影响及对策

加入WTO后 ,外资并购在我国日益频繁 ,运用这一手段可以使并购双方降低企业的生产成本 ,达到优势互补 ;合理避税 ,增加公众对企业的预期值 ;开辟我国上市公司融资新渠道 ;促进资产流动 ,扩大生产规模 ;融入国外先进的企业理念、企业文化、营销观念等。然而在外资并购过程中也存在一些消极影响 ,文章对此提出了必要的对策和建议。

After our country entered the WTO, the foreign merger happened more and more in our country.It can not only reduce the production cost of enterprises,make use of the advantages of both sides, avoid the tax properly,increae the public expectation for the enterprise,but also open the new financing way,prompt the assets to flow,widen the production scale,introduce into the new foreign corporation concept,corporation culture and marketing concept and so on.However, during the process of foreign merger, there is some passive influence,this essay puts forward necessary countermeasure and suggestions.
