| 摘 要： | 大部分学者认为由于欠缺法律信仰生成的土壤，我国传统社会根本不存在法律信仰。而事实上，我国传统社会是存在法律信仰的。不过在信仰程度、信仰方式上与西方社会不同。中国传统社会的法律信仰是一种伦理价值型的法律信仰。
