| 摘 要： | 建立完善的社会保障体系对国家的社会安定和经济发展起着重要作用。目前的社会保障制度还存在诸 多不足。加快完善与经济发展水平相适应的社会保障体系,应在就业市场化、保障制度规范化、资金来源多元化、管 理服务社会化上下功夫。

| Abstract: | To construct perfect social security system is very important for our country's social safety and economic development. The present social security system is inadequate. To speed up the perfection of social security system which a-dapts to the standard of economic development,we should do from the following aspects:seek job market-directed,standardize security system,multi-resources of capital,and socialize the management and service. |
