基于水足迹的大樟溪流域生态补偿研究

摘    要:水足迹理论与方法在流域生态补偿中的应用是当前生态补偿领域研究的热点与前沿问题。在已有水足迹理论的研究成果的基础上,引入水资源相关评价指标对原有模型进行修正,构建符合流域生态补偿情况的水足迹模型。以根据大樟溪流域生态补偿为例,核算大樟溪上游水源区以及下游受水区的水足迹,同时运用机会成本法对流域上游地区的水生态环境保护的直接投入和限制当地发展而损失的间接投入进行核算。结果表明,水足迹的生态补偿模型可以将流域水资源的利用情况与水生态保护的经济活动联系起来,可为流域生态补偿标准的核算提供客观的方法。

Ecological compensation of Dazhangxi watershed based on water footprints

Abstract:The application of water footprint theory and compensation of Dazhangxi watershed, the waterfootprints in the upstream and downstream areas ofDazhangxi watershed are calculated. Simultaneously,the direct costs for the ecological environmentprotection and the indirect costs for limiting the localeconomic development are calculated by using theopportunity cost method. The results show that theecological compensation model based on the waterfootprint theory can effectively link the utilization ofwatershed water resources to the economic activities ofwater ecosystem protection together, and it may providean objective method for the calculation of watershedecological compensation standard.method in the watershed ecological compensation is ahot and frontier issue in the current researches onecological compensation. Based on the previousresearch results of water footprint theory, the originalmodel is modified by introducing the relevantevaluation indices of water resources, and an optimummodel for the watershed ecological compensation isestablished. According to the example of ecological compensation of Dazhangxi watershed, the waterfootprints in the upstream and downstream areas ofDazhangxi watershed are calculated. Simultaneously,the direct costs for the ecological environmentprotection and the indirect costs for limiting the localeconomic development are calculated by using theopportunity cost method.
