| 摘 要： | 区域资本市场对于区域经济的发展具有特别重要的意义 ,山西资本市场发展落后是山西经济落后的重要原因之一 ,同时山西经济结构调整在很大程度上也取决于资本市场的发展 ,区域资本市场是撬动经济结构调整的杠杆 ,是加快山西经济发展的战略选择。因此 ,应当重视和大力推动山西区域资本市场的发展。

| Abstract: | Regional capital market is of special significance for the development of regional economy. The underdeveloped capital market in Shanxi province deser ves the blame for its backwardness in economic development while the readjustmen t of Shanxi's economic structure depends heavily on the development of capital m arket. Therefore,to speed up the development of Shanxi's regional capital marke t should be a strategic choice of the economic development of the province. |
