| Abstract: | Geological culture is the blood and soul for geological enterprise development.This paper discusses the construction of geological culture from the following aspects: the starting point of geological culture construction is multiculturalism of development,realizing the change from "labor contract" to "the psychological contract";the foothold is innovation multiculturalism,realizing the change from experience administration to cultural administration;the focus is brand multiculturalism,realizing the change from making products by small company to making brand by large company. |
