| 摘 要： | 执政为民是坚持党的先进性的内在要求，是坚持党的先进性的重要理念，是充分发挥党的先进性的必要条件，体现了坚持党的先进性的整体性，昭示了坚持党的先进性的长期性，说明了坚持党的先进性的实践性。执政为民与坚持党的先进性两者不可分割。将两者有机地结合起来，是我们党的建设的宝贵历史经验，也是现阶段加强和改进党的建设的现实要求。
