世界优秀商务旅游城市发展经验借鉴——城市宏观环境要素

摘    要:2010年4月,苏州工业园区内面积约80平方公里的中新合作区被国家旅游局授予了首个“国家商务旅游示范区”称号,它启动了中国城市以商务旅游为主题,以高端现代服务业集聚为主体的创新型、体系化、样本化建设。本文纵观世界优秀商务旅游城市发展经验,总结出优秀商务旅游城市的形成依赖于一个综合性的城市宏观环境体系,包括了城市等级、城市经济、跨国集团总部、自然文化资源、城市基础设施和城市包容性等六大主要方面。在宏观环境层面上,实质反映了城市综合实力的国际化竞争状况。商务旅游与城市宏观环境形成了相互生成与提升的关系。商务旅游是城市经济、政治、社会和文化共同演化到高级阶段的产物,而这个产物一旦生成,便以其可观的价值,主动地引导和激励着城市为适应它的快速发展而进行自我提升,终于融为一体,共同发展。

Abstract:In april 2010, Sino-Singapore Cooperation Zone of 80 square kilometers of Suzhou Industrial Park, is awarded the first "National Business Tourism Demonstration Zone" by the National Tourism Administration. The zone demonstrated an innovative, systematic and sample construction of the City Business Tourism with modern service industry as the mainstay. Reviewed the experiences of the world's outstanding business travel cities , this article summarized the formation of having outstanding Business Tourism city relies on a comprehensive system of macro environment of the city, including city levels, economics, international corporation headquarters, natural and cultural resources, urban infrastructure and urban inclusive six main areas. On macro environment dimension in real terms, reflecting the city's comprehensive strength of the international competition. Macro environment of the city and Business Tourism formed a mutual relationship between the generation and promotion. Business Tourism is the common development result of the city economics, political, social and cultural, once gener-ated, with its considerable value it will actively guide and inspire the city to self-improvement to adapt to its rapid development, and finally integrated and grow together.
