摘    要:根据电池的结构、物料组成及产业发展特点,阐述了废旧三元正极材料锂离子电池回收的重要性;围绕废旧电池的预处理、有价材料的回收技术,综合比较了废旧电池放电、拆解方式及拆解过程所产生有害物质的处理方法,分析了铜铝箔、钴镍锰锂金属资源、电解液中有机溶剂等有价材料的回收利用,初步探讨了废旧电池回收利用过程中存在的主要问题及发展前景。

Abstract:According to the structure, materials composition and development characteristic of the batteries, the recycling importance of waste lithium-ion batteries with LiNixCoyMnl-x-yO2 cathode material is introduced in detail.The preparation and recycling processes of valuable materials, technologies of the patterns of discharging, shredding and the treatment of hazardous substances that produced in shredding are compared comprehensively. The recycling of metal resources (e.g. Cu, A1, Co, Ni, Mn, Li) and organic solvent in electrolyte are analyzed. The key issues and the development prospect of recycling technologies are preliminary discussed.
