| 摘 要： | "高校特色"是"特色"的子概念,是高校有别于其他学校的独特的办学风格、机制等.具有整体性和多样性、相对性和独立性、抽象性和具体性等特性.在高校特色的创建中,关键要素是学校定位、校长和教师;基本原则是坚持理念和实践、整体水平和突出优势、现状和潜力以及过程和目标的统一;基本途径是把握趋势、分析校情,联系实际、学习借鉴,选择突破、大胆实践,整合强化、逐步推进.

On the University Characteristics and its Establishment |

| Abstract: | University characteristics refer to a special stye of running a school and mechanism different from that of other universities. It owns the natures of overall and diversification, relativity and independence, abstraction and concreteness. School position, headmaster and teachers are the key factors for the establishment of universities. The basic principles are persisting in the integrities of concepts and practice, overall level and outstanding advantages, current state and potentiality, process and purpose. The basic channel is grasping firmly the trend; relating to the practice, learning to draw support, choosing surmounting, boldly practisting, strengthingt and constantly improving. |
