| 摘 要： | 随着计算机网络技术和现代通讯技术的不断发展,虚拟物流联盟逐渐成为物流行业发展的新趋势。针对虚拟物流联盟内外的各种风险因素,分析虚拟物流联盟风险物元的特征和形成原因,利用物元分析方法,计算风险物元特征量值,找出虚拟物流联盟所面临风险的主要物元特征,有针对性的提出一些控制策略,为虚拟物流联盟的风险规避提供依据和工具。
