| 摘 要： | 高等教育教材是体现教学内容和教学方法的知识载体，是进行教学的基本工具，是教学、科研水平及其成果的重要反映．加强教材建设，调查高校教材选用质量的现状，分析存在的问题，制定提高质量的对策与措施，完善选用的程序，加强对教材选用的指导与管理，探讨基本规律，对于提高教学质量，完成高校学生培养目标，深化教育改革是十分必要的．
