| 摘 要： | 房地产是一种稀缺资源、重要的生产要素和生活必需品，根据我国1996～2003年的房地产需求量及其影响因素的数量、房地产的需求结构，建立数学模型，分析和预测2005～2007年的房地产需求总量及其结构，并提出几点建议。
