规范技能鉴定工作程序 切实提高鉴定站工作质量

技能鉴定站是技能鉴定工作的执行部门,鉴定站工作质量的高低直接决定了整个技能鉴定工作质量的高低。文章结合江苏油田钻井专业技能鉴定站承担石油钻井工、钻井柴油机工和钻井泥浆工等17个工种的鉴定工作实践,提出了只有真正落实＂六五四＂,即抓好鉴定前的＂六个到位＂,鉴定过程中要实现＂五个规范＂,严把鉴定后的＂四个关口＂,才能不断提高鉴定站的工作质量,更好地为企业服务。

Skill identification station is an executive department for skill identification work. The quality of the station directly decides on the quality of identification work. This article, in combination with working experience of Jiangsu Oil Field Drilling Professional Skill Identification Station, which is responsible for oil drilling, diesel engine for drilling well and drilling mud, among 17 type of work in production, underlines that only by dehvering on the ＂six, five, four＂ principle, that is , put in place six implementations before identification, realize five regulations during identification and strictly carry out four examination processors after identification work, can we constantly improve the quality of the station and deliver better service to businesses.
