| 摘 要： | 科研经费管理是高校科研管理工作的重要环节,在科研项目管理中具有极其特殊的作用.通过深化高校科研管理体制改革,建立新的科研经费管理运行机制,加强科研经费管理的制度建设,强化检查与监督机制,探索出一条适应新形势发展的科研经费管理的新路子.
